Renouf Type1 Cancellation : Late usage on Cover

A late usage of Cancellation Type 1 on cover :
Adhesive used East India Post pair of 4 Anna SG 36 Black on blue glazed paper Dispatch from a post office near BENARES as per SORTED post mark dated 18-4-1859 (probably from one of sub-PO Gopeegunge, Sultanpore or Sydpore)
Proceeded by a relay of postal "Runners" to Bombay for its journey by steamer-boat to England. Giles post mark of Bombay Paid date illegible Reached destiny on 20 May 59 as per cds LONDON PAID.
OBSERVATION : Railway was just started in Allahabad-Kanpur route in March 1859. No other railway near place of origin. Type 1 cancellation was superseded in 1856 by obliterator with town number according to Renouf.
